Baking
Everyone Associates Baking with Sweets
When most people hear the word baking, they think something like a cake, cookies, or something sweet. But baking is so much more than all the goodies around the holiday time or just a special treat. The oven is for all the food you can fit in it, like a turkey. There are baked chicken, casseroles, pizza, potato dishes, and the list continues. As far as desserts, the list goes on as far as the imagination can take it. People's favorite desserts are cakes, cupcakes, pies, cobblers, cookies, and so on. A chef can use an oven the same as a stove and make all the food come out look like beautiful artwork. Chef William came up with so many different desserts; most people only can dream. Some of his menu items we all know are strawberry shortcake. Others not many have heard of, but it sounds delicious, like show-stopping black forest cheesecake, white nectarine tart with pistachio crumble, rosy red apple galette, and more.

Almost everyone has a sweet tooth. Desserts, also known as sweets, is the grand finale of a meal. For some, they make it their snack. When chefs like Chef William make the sweets, it can become a small taste of heaven on earth. About 80 percent of sweets are cooked or baked in the oven. There are some but fewer items that can go on the stovetop. For some sweets, there is no baking involved. For example, one of America's favorite dessert dishes is vanilla wafers and banana pudding. If there is extravagant added to the mix, then there can be some baking if the imagination can take a person there. But only a simple banana pudding, there is nothing to it. There is a preference when it comes to likes and dislikes. That is when the chef has to not only cook but read the ones he or she is serving.
